电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定学生用品中8种可迁移元素

         

摘要

A method was established for determination of 8 kinds of removable elements including antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury and selenium in students'supplies by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. After being crushed and sieved, with 0.07 mol/L hydrochloric acid as the digestion solution, the samples were oscillated continuously at the temperature of (37±2)℃for 1 h without light. 8 kinds of removable elements were determined under the selected working conditions. The mass concentration of each element had a good linear relationship with the spectral intensity in the range of 0.0-6.0 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.999, and the detection limits were 0.002 7-0.075 mg/L. The relative standard deviations of detection results were 0.7%-2.1%(n=6), the recoveries of samples were 94.2%-102.4%. The method is simple and stable, and it can be used for determination of removable elements in students'supplies.%建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定学生用品中锑、砷、钡、镉、铬、铅、汞、硒8种可迁移元素.样品粉碎后过筛,以0.07 mol/L的盐酸为消解液,于(37±2)℃避光条件下连续振荡1 h,在选定的仪器工作条件下进行测定.各元素的质量浓度在0.0~6.0 mg/L范围内与光谱强度有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法的检出限为0.0027~0.075 mg/L.测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.7%~2.1%(n=6),样品的加标回收率为94.2%~102.4%.该方法操作简单、稳定性好,可用于测定学生用品中的可迁移元素.
