机械压力机滑块结构性能分析

摘要

分析机械机械压力机滑块的结构组成与工作特点，针对设计初选参数，通过理论公式计算与有限元方法，对滑块的强度与刚度进行校核，讨论钢板尺寸对压力机滑块的刚度与强度的影响。%The paper introduces the structure and working characteristics of mechanical press slide, checks the strength and rigidity by means of theoretical formula and finite element analysis based on preliminary parameter of design, and discusses the influence of plate dimension on rigidity and strenght of slide.
