合金成分对低合金钢相变临界点的影响

     

摘要

采用正交试验和线性拟合对核电用SA508芋钢进行成分设计,研究了C、Si、Mn、Cr、Ni和Mo六种合金元素对相变临界点Ae1和Ae3的影响,并在此基础上得到了Ae1和Ae3的回归方程。结果表明,可以采用正交试验的方法对SA508III钢进行成分优化,通过较少的试验即可获得各因素对相变临界点影响程度的主次顺序,以及临界点的回归方程。另外,对于该低合金钢来说,其合金成分的小幅变化(<1 wt.%)即可使相变临界点的变化幅度超过30℃。%The orthogonal experimental design and line fitting method are used to determine the composition of SA508 III steel for nuclear power application. The effect of six alloy elements:C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni and Mo, on the transformation critical points Ae1 and Ae3 is studied. Based on this, Ae1 and Ae3 regression equation is obtained. The orthogonal experimental method can be used to optimize the composition of SA508III steel. The sequence of the effect of the elements on the transformation critical point can be determined and the regression equation can be obtained with only several experiments. In addition, the small change in alloy elements content ( less than 1wt.%) of low alloy steel results in the change in the phase transformation by over 30%.
