大豆活性肽露那辛的研究进展

摘要

Lunasin is a new bioactive polypeptide,consists of 43 amino acids and the relativemolecular mass is 4800. Researches showed that it had the functions of anti–tumor,anti–inflammatory,anti–oxidant and reducing the level of thecholesterol,therefore it had applications in foods,medicines and cosmetics.This paper briefly introduced theconstruction and the sources of lunasin and summarized the efficacy,application,isolation,purification and detection,attempting to provide a reference for the study of lunasin.%露那辛是一种新型的由43个氨基酸组成、相对分子质量为4800的新型生物活性多肽。研究表明，它具有抗肿瘤、抗炎症、抗氧化以及降低胆固醇的作用，在食品、药品以及化妆品领域都有应用。简要介绍了露那辛的结构和来源，并综述了其功效、应用、分离、纯化及鉴定，以期为露那辛的进一步研究提供参考。
