利用Brønsted酸离子液体催化不同长链脂肪醇对大豆油进行异构醚化改性。研究了醇油比和脂肪醇碳链长度等因素对异构醚化反应的影响,并考察了异构醚化大豆油的低温性能、热稳定性和黏温特性。结果表明,异构醚化大豆油低温性能得到了提高,且有着良好的热稳定性和黏温特性。异辛醇异构醚化大豆油的低温性能和热稳定性能最佳,倾点为–18℃,热分解起始温度为415℃,黏度指数为111,可作为润滑油基础油。%Differentchain lengthsof fatty alcohols wereused toisomerism etherificationmodify soybeanoilcatalyzed by Brønsted acidionic liquid.The effectsof different alcohol–oil ratio,chain lengthsof alcohols andother factorson theisomerism etherification reaction were studied.The low temperature properties,thermal stability and viscosity–temperaturecharacteristics were analyzed.The resultsindicated that the low temperature propertiesof theisomerism etherification soybeanoils were improved,and theisomerism etherification soybeanoilshadgood thermal stability andgood viscosity–temperaturecharacteristics.The 2–ethylhexanolisomerism etherification soybeanoil exhibited the best low temperature properties and thermal stabilityPour point was low to–18℃,starting temperatureof thermal decomposition was 415℃,and viscosityindex was 111,whichmadeit available as lubricant baseoil.
