The effect of attapulgite clay on the decolorization effect and the quality of oil was studied. On the basis of single factor test, the orthogonal test was used to optimize the technological conditions. The results showed that the effects of the three main factors on the decolorization in order were as follows: decolorization time >the amount of activated carbon>the dosage of decolorant. The optimal conditions were as follows: pre-decolorization 15 min, decolorization 15 min, 1.0% of spent clay, 2.0%of attapulgite clay and 0.1% of activated carbon, the combined decoloriaztion rate was 95.97%.%研究凹凸棒土对油脂脱色的效果及对油脂品质的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交优化试验法优化工艺条件,结果表明:影响凹凸棒土脱色效果的3个主要因素的主次关系为脱色时间>活性炭添加量>脱色剂用量;最佳工艺条件为预脱色15 min、复脱色15 min、废白土1.0%、凹凸棒土2.0%、活性炭0.1%时,综合脱色率为95.97%.
