日粮中添加复合微生态制剂对蛋种鸡生产性能的影响

     

摘要

研究日粮中添加复合微生态制剂对蛋种鸡生产性能的影响,试验选用1日龄海兰褐蛋种鸡320只,随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每重复20只.分别在基础日粮上添加0、50、100、200g/t的复合微生态制剂.结果表明:添加复合微生态制剂组蛋种鸡的平均日采食量都低于对照组,其中100、200g/t复合微生态制剂组在0~3周龄时达显著水平(P<0.05);200g/t复合微生态制剂组蛋种鸡的平均日增重在11~16周龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0~6周龄时,100、200g/t复合微生态制剂组蛋种鸡的料肉比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).200g/t复合微生态制剂组平均跖长日增长在4~6周龄时显著高于对照组(P<0.05).复合微生态制剂添加水平为100g/t的综合效果最佳.%This study was designed to investigate the effects of supplementation of compound probiotics on production performance of layer breeders. A flocks of 320 Hy-I,ine brown parents of 1-day-old were randomly divided into four groups,each group was assigned 4 replications and 20 layers per replication. Groups in the basal diet were added 0,50,100,200 g/t of compound probiotics. The results showed that:the average daily feed intake of layer breeders in adding compound probiotics groups was lower than the control group, in which 100,200 g/t groups at 0-3 weeks of age, reached a significant level(P<0. 05); at 11 -16 weeks of age, the average daily gain of 200 g/t group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0. 05) ; at 0-6 weeks of age, the feed conversion ratio of 100, 200 g/t groups were significantly lower than the control group (P<0. 05) ;at 4-6 weeks of age,compared to the control group, the average daily growth of metatarsal length of 200 g/t group reached to a significant level(P<0. 05). Adding 100 g/t of the compound probiotics was the optimal dosage.
