锆酸锂陶瓷材料高温分离CO2的研究现状

         

摘要

化石能源的长期利用使得温室气体CO2大量排放,对环境造成了严重的危害。面对全球气候变暖和异常,减少化石能源在利用过程中CO2的排放是今后的发展趋势。利用锆酸锂陶瓷材料高温分离二氧化碳是一种具有发展潜力的CO2捕集技术。笔者介绍了锆酸锂陶瓷材料高温烟气二氧化碳的分离理论,吸附剂的合成温度、吸附剂颗粒尺寸及晶型以及元素掺杂改性对锆酸锂陶瓷材料高温CO2分离的影响,提高锆酸锂陶瓷材料高温 CO2吸附性能和循环利用能力的改性方法,改性锆酸锂分离CO2机理,锆酸锂与硅酸锂分离CO2性能比较,并提出了今后研究的重点发展方向。%The emissions of a large amount of carbon dioxide,one of the main greenhouse gas,from long-term usage of fos-sil energy cause serious damage to the environment.Facing up to global warming and anomalies,reducing the emission of CO2 in the process of fossil energy use is a necessary trend.The developing of lithium zirconate ceramics for high tempera-ture carbon dioxide separation is promising in the CO2 capture technology.This paper introduces the theory of high temper-ature flue gas carbon dioxide separation by lithium zirconate ceramics,along with the effects of synthesis temperature,par-ticle size,crystal type and element doping modification on the lithium zirconate ceramics,thus reveals the modification methods to improve the CO2 adsorption properties and cyclic ability of lithium zirconate ceramics at high temperature,as well as the CO2 separation mechanism for modified lithium zirconate.Finally,the comparison of CO2 capture performance between lithium zirconate and lithium silicate is given,and the key development direction for future research as well.
