基于可控的建筑和绿化布局因素对居住区微气候影响研究

         

摘要

以综合性居住区帝湖花园为样区,根据实际情况确定11个样点,实测风温湿度等微气候数据。选取建筑高度、天空视域因子SVF、三维绿量、绿地垂直结构类型四个影响参数与风温湿值进行相关性和线性回归分析,综合研究不同建筑和绿化布局对居住区微气候的影响特征。结果表明:建筑高度、SVF、三维绿量、绿地垂直结构等因素是影响居住区温湿度变化的重要因子;温度与SVF呈显著正相关性,与楼高、三维绿量呈负相关性;相对湿度与楼高、SVF呈显著负相关性,与三维绿量呈正相关;SVF每增加10%,气温上升1.01℃,相对湿度降低1.8%;乔灌草和纯乔木的绿地类型具有更好的降温增湿作用。研究结果可以作为城市绿地生态效益评价的参考,并为城市居住区绿地的设计、改造和管理提供部分科学依据。%Took a comprehensive residential area Royal Lake garden-like area as an example,selected 1 1 sam-ples according to actual situation,measured air temperature and humidity microclimate data.Select the height of the building,sky horizon factor SVF,the amount of three-dimensional green,green vertical structure four parameters which affecting the air temperature and humidity,to perform correlation analysis and linear regres-sion analysis,did a comprehensive study of the effects of different buildings and layout of the green residential area microclimate feature.The results showed that:The factors building height,SVF,three-dimensional green biomass,green vertical structure was important factors to explain residential area temperature and humid-ity changes;Temperature and SVF was a significant positive correlation,three-dimensional green biomass was negatively correlated;Relative humidity and tall,SVF had significant negative correlation,positive correla-tion with the three-dimensional green biomass;With SVF 10% increase,the temperature rose 1. 01 ℃,rela-tive humidity reduced by 1. 8%.Pure tree,shrub and grass and trees green types have a better cooling humidi-fication effect.The results can be used as ecological benefits of urban green space evaluation reference,and provide some scientific basis for urban residential green design,transformation and management.
