目的：研究康仁堂参附“全成分”配方颗粒复方对老年人肺心病并冠心病的改善作用及疗效。方法选取2011年6月～2013年12月期间，在云南中医学院门诊部接受治疗的80例患者，随机分为治疗组合对照组。每组40例。对照组采用常规中药饮片治疗。疗程为4个疗程，治疗组采用参附配方颗粒进行治疗，两组患者采用不同药物治疗的临床效果进行观察比较。结果治疗组治疗总有效率92.5%。对照组为77.5%，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论康仁堂“全成分”参附配方颗粒与传统汤剂治疗老年人肺心病并冠心病均有疗效，但前者更具优势。%Objective To study Kangren Tang Shenfu"Ingredients"Improving the role of formula granule compound on pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease in the elderly and treatment.
