特色志愿队建立在青岛市无偿献血工作中的应用

摘要

Volunteer is an important part of the development of voluntary blood donation. Over the years,the Red Cross volunteer corps continued to spread the idea of voluntary blood donation,to promote the harmonious society,guarantee blood for clinical use for the service duty unpaid blood donors in Qingdao City, the establishment of four characteristics of the volunteer team,with its unique perspective and ideas,innovative brewing launched a series of characteristics ofvolun-teer service activities,broaden the blood donation propaganda and recruitment channels,expand social influence,promote the cohesion of voluntary blood donation, realizes the service to promote popularity,poly people the purpose of blood donation,blood donation work to promote the orderly development of Qingdao city.%志愿者是无偿献血工作发展的重要组成部分。多年来，青岛市无偿献血志愿者总队持续以传播无偿献血理念、促进和谐社会、保障临床用血为服务己任，建立了4支特色志愿者队伍，以其独特的视角和理念，创新开展了系列服务活动，拓宽了献血招募渠道，扩大了社会影响力，实现了服务促人气、献血聚人心的目的，促进了青岛市无偿献血工作的有序发展。
