摘要

The antiparacitic agent Flubendazole (F) caused a dose-dependent and time-dependent induction of polyploid in C3H1OT cells.At concentrations of 78ug/ml the yield of polyploidcells was 95%.Harringtonine(H),a antineoplastic agent in-duced chromosome aberrations at 0.195ug/ml.Both F and H werecytotoxicity in the concentration ranges of 0.04-0.16ug/ml
