ICP-AES法测定外科植入物用不锈钢中磷含量

     

摘要

目的 建立ICP-AES法测定外科植入物用不锈钢中磷含量的方法.方法 使用Thermo Fisher iCAP 6300系列电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪进行检测.通过谱库干扰元素查找,选择不锈钢中共存元素对磷分析谱线的干扰相对较小的分析谱线.同时通过基体匹配和酸度匹配,采用外标法进行定量分析,并进行了回收实验和精密度实验.结果 磷含量的线性范围为0.005%~0.08%(r=0.99998),检出限为0.0003%,平均加样回收率为104.8%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.3%(n=9).结论 该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于外科植入物用不锈钢中磷含量测定.%Objective The ICP-AES method was used to analyze phosphorus in stainless steel for surgical implant.Method The method was developed by iCAP 6300 series Inductively-Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometers produced by Thermo Fisher Scientific. By comparing the analytical lines of other elements in stainless steel through spectral library, Phosphorus analytical lines were chosen with little interference. Quantitative tests were carried out by external standard method with matrix and acidity matching.
