妊娠晚期细菌性阴道病与妊娠不良结局的关系研究

摘要

目的 讨论分析妊娠晚期细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis)对妊娠不良结局的影响.方法 选择我院进行产前检查并住院分娩的孕妇,其中确诊为细菌性阴道病的孕妇200例为研究组,选择同时期我院住院分娩的正常孕妇300例为对照组,进行调查研究.结果 研究组孕妇比正常孕妇发生胎膜早破、早产、产后出血、产褥感染等发生率均明显升高,结果具有可比性(P<0.05),研究组新生儿窒息、新生儿感染、新生儿黄疸发病率明显高于对照组,对比具有可比性(P<0.05).结论 妊娠晚期阴道菌群和妊娠不良结局密切相关.因此,孕期阴道菌群的排查很有必要,一旦发现后进行全面治疗,有望减少各种病症的发生率,从而改善妊娠结局.%Objective to discuss and analyze late pregnancy bacterial vaginal disease (BV) associated with pregnancy outcome.Method choose to 150 cases of pregnant women that were bacterial vaginal disease in our hospital, and select normal pregnant women which into the hospital at the same time as the control group.Results For the rate of premature birth, bleeding, the BV pregnant women to be higher than normal pregnant women, the results are comparable (P< 0.05), and the baby disease rate of BV pregnant women is significantly higher than the baby of normal pregnant women (P<0.05).Conclusion late pregnancy bacterial vaginal disease is closely related to the pregnancy outcome, also effect the baby heath, therefore, examination of pregnancy vaginal bacteria is necessary, once discovered, we must carry out comprehensive treatment to reduce the incidence of various diseases.
