地方社会保障法制机制创新研究——以浙江省为例

Along with the Zhejiang' economic and social development process accelerating, the sustainable development of the social labor security into a government administrative management leading to state law guarantee mechanism constantly improved process. In the new historical period, how to reflect the historical process of evolution process legalization of social security, this paper discusses the continuous optimization of the historical background and connotation, for further deepening the legalization of social labor security construction significance is very important, to promote social stability and social labor security management "scientific development" has important social significance.%随着浙江省经济与社会发展进程的不断加快，社会保障的可持续发展步入了一个由政府行政管理主导到国家法律保障机制不断健全的过程。在新的历史时期，不断反思历史过程中的社会保障法制化演进过程，从社会管理机制创新的角度探讨其不断优化的历史背景与内涵，进一步深化社会保障的法制化建设，促进社会保障稳定与社会管理“科学发展”。
