国外家族企业女儿继任者培养研究评述

     

摘要

近年来,由于受人口政策的影响,我国中小民营企业主开始面临“女承父业”的现状,在改革开放创业成功的企业主对于女儿接班缺乏经验。鉴于此,本文在梳理国外研究成果的基础上围绕家族成员的影响、学校教育的作用、外部的工作经历、企业内部历练、所有权转让等五个方面对国外女儿继任者培养的研究成果进行了系统归纳及评述,并指出现有研究存在的不足之处。在此基础上,本研究结合我国的国情提出了具有研究价值的课题,以期为国内家族企业女儿接班人培养提供借鉴。%Nowadays,Due to the influence of population policy,owners of small and medium-sized family firms are now faced with father-daughter succession in China,but as the founders of the companies benefit from the open policy,those owners lack the experience of cultivation on daughters.Based on findings,it reviews foreign scholars’ main research achievements and academic points on training daughter successors from four different perspectives including family members, formal education, external working experience,on-job training in family firms and transference of ownership.According to the findings,article makes suggestions on further research theme for the development of daughter succesors.
