Process research on extracting agar from Gracilaria

Agar has good stability and gel ability, it is widely used in food, medicine and daily chemical industry. The agar products are mostly obtained from Gracilaria, which has very important economic value. In this experiment, Gracilaria was used as raw material, the agar was extracted by alkali treatment.
