SME diversification is widespread.However,some practices during which such as the fascination of larger-scale,opportunism and individualism in the thinking of industry as well as lack of core competencies often result in serious consequences.So,the diversity of SMEs should follow a strategic logic based on competitive advantage,and prevent possible bureaucratic tendency.%中小企业多元化现象很普遍,迷恋规模、产业理解上的机会和个人主义、缺乏核心能力往往使其多元化造成严重后果。对此,中小企业的多元化应遵循基于竞争优势的战略逻辑,并遏制可能的官僚主义倾向。
