渭南打造区域经济次中心经验借鉴

摘要

In recent years, under the background of global economic downturn and China’s economic slowdown shift, Weinan has realized fast economic growth and it has become the economic engine and regional economic secondary center of the Golden Triangle area of the Yellow River. Its experience lies in increasing opening to the outside world, making full use of the exhibition and industrial parks to attract investment, integration of international and domestic resources, accelerating the reform of the supply side and industrial transformation and upgrading,and cultivating new competitive advantage. It has formed a development model in the opening to the outside world, and explored a way to achieve the success of the development of the backward inland.%近年来，陕西渭南在全球经济持续低迷、中国经济减速换挡的背景下，实现经济逆势增长，成为黄河金三角地区经济发展的引擎和区域经济次中心，其经验在于加大对外开放力度，深入实施“一带一路”战略，积极推进区域经济一体化进程，充分利用展会等活动以及园区等载体进行招商引资，整合国际国内资源，加快供给侧改革和产业转型升级步伐，培育竞争新优势，在对内对外开放中形成了适合自身的发展模式，探索出了一条内陆地区发挥后发优势、实现跨越式发展的成功之路。
