民族地区农村公共物品供给体制研究

摘要

Currently,in our ethnic regions,the public infrastructure construction is insufficient,the public security and supply quality of the public goods on social service are not adequate,and the public goods on peasant＇s science and education,spirits,cultural entertainment and social welfare are deficient.The reasons are that the rural public goods＇ supply subject is single;the supply decision-making mechanism is unreasonable;the supply structure is imbalance and the efficiency of supply system is low,etc..Our government should increase the supporting reforms of the rural public goods＇ supply system in ethnic regions and establish ＂multi-central＂ supply system of rural public goods to improve the rural public goods＇ supply system in ethnic regions.%目前,我国民族地区公共基础设施建设不足,公共安全和社会服务类的公共物品供给质量不高,农民科教、精神、文化娱乐类及社会福利类公共物品供给匮乏。其原因在于我国民族地区农村公共物品供给主体单一、供给决策机制不合理、供给结构失衡和效率低下等。我国政府应加大少数民族地区农村公共物品供给体制的配套改革力度,建立＂多中心＂的农村公共物品供给体制,以完善民族地区农村公共物品供给体制。
