外商直接投资对我国经济增长影响的实证分析

摘要

The empirical research on 1989-2009economic data shows that the inflowing FDI has a significant influence on economic growth during these years. The FDI stock has bigger influence on economic growth and its contribution is bigger than that of current inflowing FDI on economic growth. The Chinese government should continue to create a fair competitive environment in market for domestic and foreign enterprises, further optimize the structure of FDI to reach balance development in different areas, increase industrial regulation to prevent and solve monopolization of foreign capital on part of China＇s industry, and realize a virtuous circle between technological introduction and management experience, digestive absorption, independent innovation, and expert.%通过对1989—2009年相关经济数据的实证研究发现，当年流入的FDI对当年的经济增长有显著性影响；FDI存量对经济增长具有较大的影响，而且FDI存量对经济增长的贡献远远大于当期FDI流入所带来的贡献。我国政府应不断创造内外资企业公平的市场竞争环境；进一步优化外商直接投资地区结构，实施地区间的均衡发展，加强行业监督监管，防止并化解外资对我国部分行业的垄断行为；实现引进技术与管理经验-消化吸收-自主创新-对外出口的良性循环。
