浅析高职物流专业人才培养模式创新

摘要

为适应区域经济发展对物流业人才的需求，高职院校应适时地对物流管理专业人才的培养进行准确定位，“以就业为导向”作为人才培养宗旨。从物流人才的需求规模与岗位能力的要求出发，合理确定高职物流人才培养方向与培养目标，创新人才培养模式，创新课程体系、教学模式、教学方式和手段以及评价考核模式，从而提高高职教育物流人才培养水平。推动物流产业持续、快速、协调发展。%To meet the logistics talent requirement for regional economic development, setting accurate training goals in time, taking the vacatlon-oriented principle, and starting from the market demand and competence requirement, technical and vocational colleges need to set rational training orientation and objectives, create new talent-training patterns, curriculum system, teaching models and techniques, and performance appraisal patterns to increase training level of logistics talents and advance sustained, rapid and coordinated development.
