辽宁省旅游业在快速发展的同时也出现了忽视环境保护、过渡掠夺式开发、超过承载能力使用旅游资源不可持续发展问题。大力发展辽宁省旅游业，政府应牢固树立环保理念，从建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会和旅游业可持续发展的大局出发，加快创建旅游循环经济科技支撑体系、政策激励体系、宣传教育体系，完善旅游循环经济法律保障体系。以保护旅游环境。实现生态、经济、社会协调发展。%In addition to the rapid development, tourist problems emerge in Liaoning, including the ignorance to environmental protection, predatory exploration, and the unsustainable development of tourist resources caused by overload utilization.
