ERP沙盘企业模拟经营实验考核模式探索

摘要

ERP沙盘模拟实验是针对普通高校经济管理类专业实验教学所设的一门集知识性、趣味性、对抗性于一体的企业管理技能训练课程。在教学实践中，ERP沙盘企业模拟经营实验集角色扮演、案例分析和专家诊断于一体，最大的特点是“在实践中学习”。ERP沙盘模拟课程考核评价的方法，对学生的成绩进行了客观、科学和标准化的评定，克服了过去的主观、片面性，对其他课程设计乃至毕业设计成绩评定也有一定的借鉴意义。%ERP sandbox simulation experiment is a training course on enterprise management skills combined knowledge, interest, and confrontation for experiment teaching of economic management major in colleges and universities. In teaching, the experiment is characterized with learning in practice concerning role play, case analysis, and expert diagnosis. The evaluation on ERP sandbox simulation course is objective, scientific and standard for students＇ performance, which is helpful for evaluation on other course design and graduation project.
