Hi-technology Service Industry of Jiangsu highlights such comparative advantages as software development, technological ex-changes and applications. Its potential in technology-intensive industry and R&D can be unleashed by developing computer service in-dustry, expertise, telecommunications, IT services and geological prospecting. Jiangsu should remain committed to growing software de-velopment industry, technological exchanges and applications and building on R&D capability. Meanwhile Jiangsu should tap potential in the computer service industry, expertise, telecommunications, IT services and geological prospecting in a way of making them comparative advantages.%当前，江苏高技术服务业的比较优势行业主要集中在软件业、科技交流和推广服务业等领域；潜在优势行业主要集中在研究与试验发展服务业等知识、技术密集型产业当中；计算机服务业、专业技术服务业以及电信和其他信息传输服务业等产业发展尚且不足，地质勘查业则还处于发展的起步阶段。江苏省应继续做大具有领先地位的软件业产业规模；进一步加强发展科技交流和推广服务业，着力提升研究与试验发展服务业水平，加快发展使其成为优势产业；力争迅速提高计算机服务业、专业技术服务业、电信和其他信息传输服务业的比较优势，并进一步培育地质勘查业，使其尽快形成自身的竞争比较优势。
