PURPOSE: A system for automating commercial sphere analysis based on web-map information and an automation method thereof are provided to visually display the dispersion of a commercial sphere of a specific store and display a present state of commercial sphere division between stores. CONSTITUTION: A commercial sphere analyzing server(30) includes the followings. A selection probability calculating module(32) calculates a selection probability of each store in an analysis target area including analysis target stores. Available population calculating modules(35,36) evaluate available population according to a visit rate of population inducing facilities for the analysis target stores. The analysis target stores have a top-ranked selection probability.
