黑龙江房价僵持不动的主要原因

According to 2012 data, housing price to income ratio of Heilongjiang Province is 6.5:1, and Liaoning Province is 6:l. From the perspective of capital city, Harbin is 10:1, much higher than Shenyang and Changchun 8:l and 7.7:l, which indicates relatively higher housing price in Heilongjiang Province. The two main reasons of stalemate housing price in Heilongjiang go to supply and demand. On top of that, local governments, commercial banks and urban economic growth partly contribute to the high price. High housing prices exerts serious negative impacts on people's livelihood. We should try to curb it.%依据2012年数据测算,黑龙江的房价收入比为6.5:1,辽宁省为6:l。从省会城市看,哈尔滨市的房价收入比10:1,远高于沈阳和长春的8:l和7.7:l,这表明黑龙江房价水平相对偏高。供给和需求是黑龙江房价居高不下的两大主要影响因素,政府、商业银行、城市经济发展等都起到了推动作用。高房价对民生和社会发展的负面影响严重,必须下定决心彻底治理。
