新时期政务微博问政对策研究

摘要

With real-time, rapid and convenient interaction between the government and the public, government micro-blog plays an im-portant role in keeping the public informed of government affairs. However, most government micro-blogs now fall short of standardized management with few follow-up reports, resulting in weak public influence and less fruitful outcome. The government should set reason-able and accurate targets for the micro-blog, synergize micro-blogs at all levels to multiply the effect, establish an efficient management system, and integrate government micro-blogs with government websites. In addition, micro-blog management performance of the govern-ment as well as all the departments should be assessed and all the government officials should improve their application capacity of all forms of media in ways that enhance the communication between the government and the public by building a platform for exchanging public opinions that spreads positive energy.%新时期政务微博以其即时、快速、使用方便的特点，在政务公开中发挥了重要作用。为了更加有效地发挥政务微博的功效，提升政务微博问政能力，应认真解决当前政务微博运用中存在着的缺乏规范化管理、社会影响力不足、对事件的跟进不够、问政效果较弱等问题，对政务微博的功能准确定位，并实施集群化整合，建立科学管理机制，加强与政府网站的有机结合，开展政府和部门微博应用绩效评估，提升各级领导干部的全媒体应用能力，增强政府、公众的互动交流，营造积极向上、宣传正能量的舆论平台。
