我国农产品冷藏链存在的问题及对策

摘要

As few carriers and logistics providers are engaged in cold chain businesses, China's cold chain of agricultural produce is not well-planned and is under-developed. On one hand, the intended providers are not incentivized to run cold chain business;On the other hand, farmers and retailers are unable to do constrained by technology and money. We should increase technology inputs, encourage logis-tics providers by delivering incentives, set the standards for cold chain process and building the pipeline in ways that promote growth of the cold chain.%目前，我国尚未形成完整的农产品冷藏链体系、缺乏上下游的整体规划和整合，农产品冷藏链的市场化程度较低，第三方介入很少，投资严重不足。其原因主要是对企业投资建设农产品冷藏链缺乏有效激励机制；农户和终端零售商既缺少积极性，又缺乏技术、资金。我国应加大科技投入力度，加快第三方冷链物流企业的培育和农产品冷藏链物流标准化建设，培养专业冷链物流人才。同时，国家应在资金和政策方面对农产品冷藏链物流企业给予支持，以促进农产品冷藏链加快发展。
