基于知识转移的文化创意产业园培育策略研究

摘要

知识转移理论表明，提升文化创意产业园区竞争力的关键在于提高知识转移的效率。知识创新能力与知识转移有着密切的关系，知识转移的效率越高，园区内部的知识创新的程度越高，园区的竞争力就越强。知识转移包括知识转移主体、知识转移渠道、知识转移情景三个要素。为提高文化创意产业园的知识转移效率，促进园区竞争力的提升，应从影响知识转移效率的各个要素入手，培育文化创意产业园。%Knowledge transfer theory suggests that the efficiency of knowledge transfer is key to enhance the competitiveness of culture creative industry park. Knowledge innovation and knowledge transfer are closely related:the higher the efficiency of knowledge transfer, the higher the degree of knowledge innovation within the park, the stronger competitiveness. Knowledge transfer includes three elements of main body, channel and scenario. In order to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer and promote the park competitiveness, the cul-ture creative industry park should focus on elements that affect the efficiency of knowledge transfer.
