当前，林安物流园区建设中存在的问题是：用地规划欠合理，资源未得到充分利用；园区生态环境有待优化，物流配备设施有限；管理手段缺乏人性化，园区增值服务较为单一；企业信息化投入偏少，物流软件使用率低；物流业务水平参差不齐，货物运输满载率不高；政府扶持的力度不够，缺乏高级物流专业人才等。推动林安物流园发展，应运用科学的规划理念，完善园区规划；着力提升园区管理水平，增强园区服务功能；与软件供应商开展合作，租用先进物流科技软件；加强协会监督和管理，打造安全的园区环境；引导园区物流企业的整合，形成企业协同共赢效应；加大政府政策指导和资金支持力度，积极培养优秀物流人才。%As Linan Logistics Park has been developed, it faces such challenges as followings:Land value has not been exhausted owing to an irrational land use plan;Logistics facilities are underdeveloped and need improvement;Services delivered in the park need to be diver-sified and be more customer-friendly;Small investment in management digitalization results in lack of using logistics software programs;Load factor of cargos is low as level of logistics business development varied;The park is badly in need of senior logistics professionals and government supports. The park should seek to adopt a scientific outlook on planning to improve its overall plan, and enhance its services by strengthening management. At the same time, it should work with software suppliers and put in use advanced software programs. And it should work harder on oversight by relevant associations and park security. It should also encourage corporate merger and acquisition for a win-win outcome. And governments should intensify efforts in incentives of policy and money and building a strong pipeline of logistics professionals.
