山区现代农业发展模式及途径研究--以湖南武陵山区为例

摘要

Modern agriculture is commercialized with high technology application, industrialized and standardized production and modern facilities. The various terrain of the Wuling mountainous area in Hunan province is the basic condition for developing modern agriculture in the area. The modern agriculture models of the mountainous area include LOHAS agriculture represented by Xinkong Farm, leisure a-griculture represented by Zuyuan Mountain Villa, rural cooperatives represented by Crisp Pear Special Cooperatives, agricultural, indus-trial parks represented by Laocai Beeves and industrial standardization represented by Hongyuan Agriculture and Forest. To facilitate the rapid development of modern agriculture in the area, strategies are proposed, including planning the growth of modern agriculture with the thought of industrialization, targeting on agriculture industrialization, building farmer cooperative economy organizations and promoting the healthy development of modern agriculture by long term investment.%现代农业具有企业化、科技化、产业化、标准化、设施现代化的特点。湖南武陵山多样的地貌形成了该区现代农业发展的基础条件。目前，武陵山的现代农业模式主要有以“星空庄园”为代表的乐活农业，以“竹园山庄”为代表的休闲农业，以“脆香梨专业合作社”为代表的农村合作社，以“老蔡牛肉”为代表的农业产业园，以“洪源农林”为代表的产业标准化。为加快促进武陵山区现代农业的快速发展，应以工业化思维谋划现代农业发展，实现农业产业化，建立农民合作经济组织，并以长效投入来促进现代农业健康发展。
