基于电商产业空间集聚与集群重构的区域人才培养研究--义乌商圈“电商产业园”“淘宝村”为例

     

摘要

以“淘宝村”“电子商务产业园”为代表的电商集聚是近些年电子商务产业中典型的经济现象,其实质是电子商务产业化与传统产业电子商务化的发展进程。初期电商群体以“个体户”的形式嵌入在传统商圈与产业集群中,分享供应链体系,随着规模效应的作用,分工细化,新兴岗位不断出现与发展,电商产业化带动了空间集聚与集群重构。人才需求的结构性变化与人力资源市场的动态供应在电商产业集聚的各个阶段发挥着重要的支撑作用。人力资源市场中需求与供给的互动为区域人才的培养提出了新的要求。%As the representative of e-commerce agglomeration, the"Taobao village"and"e-commerce industrial park"are the typical eco-nomic phenomenon in the e-commerce industry in recent years. Its essence is the development process of e-commerce industrialization and traditional industry e-commercialized.Early e-commerce groups embedded in a traditional business circle and industry cluster in the form of individual household and shared supply chain system.With the role of scale effect and the division of labor refinement, the emerg-ing jobs appear and developconstantly; e-commerce industrialization drives the spatial agglomeration and cluster reconstruction.The structural change of talent demand and the dynamic supply of human resources market play the important role in e-commerce industry ag-glomerationat the different stages. The interaction between supply and demandin human resources market puts forward new requirements for talent training.
