江苏省市级体科所科研人员现状研究

摘要

通过文献资料研究、数据调查等方法,对江苏省市级体科所的科研人员现状进行研究,为市级体科所在以后的发展中提供一些参考。研究表明①江苏省市级体科所建设覆盖面较广,在全国具有较强的示范性。②市级体科所的规模较小,还处在发展的初始阶段。③市级体科所科研人员素质相对一般,进行科研工作的经验较少,缺少领军人才。④市级体科所缺乏科研成果,科研人员的科研能力需要进一步提高。%Through using the method of literature review and investigation,this paper makes analysis on condition of municipal sports science research institutes researchers in Jiangsu province,offers recommendation about the development of municipal sports science research institutes.The result shows that 1） city of Jiangsu province branch of the construction of the body is a wider coverage,diverse nature.2） Municipal sports science research institutes are smaller,still in the initial stages of development.3） Researchers carry out research work with less experience,lack of leading talent.4） Lack of research,researchers need to improve the research capacity.
