本文采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑法，对河南省省、市级排球传统项目学校的发展现状做了调查，结果显示：河南省排球传统项目学校数量少，分布出现断层；学校的管理模式、运行模式落后，省、市主管部门管理机制不健全；训练经费短缺，以学校拨款为主，筹资渠道狭窄，训练场地有待改善；教练员职称结构较合理，但缺乏高学历人才，存在专业不对口现象，教练员素质有待提高；训练队每周训练次数和时间较充裕，但参加比赛次数少、级别低；训练科学化程度低，选材科学性不强，竞技后备人才缺乏。%By using the method of literature review, investigation,mathematical statistics, logical analysis, this paper made an investigation on current situations of development of traditional volleyball schools in Henan pro - vince. The result shows that the quantity of the schools is small, and it has gap in the distribution; school management,operation mode is backward and management mechanism is not perfect;training funds is shortage and it comes from school funding,the channels of funding is narrow, the training site still need to be improved; coaches title structure is more reasonable, but lack of highly educated people, the profession is not suitable,so the quality of coaches needs to be improved ;The team training per week is better, but the level of race they participate is low; the scientific training is at a low level and the number of athletic is lack of.
