我国“广场舞”现象的流行及其“扰民”现象应对策略

As a kind of social phenomenon,square dancing meets dancing grannies’need for improving personal image,strengthening physical fitness and daily life.Yet due to the congestion of modern urban living environment,dancing grannies’square dancing have led to the phenomenon of ‘disturbing residents’.How to excellently deal the relationship between fitness -keeping and residents’living right in legal terms will have a direct influence on the cultural phenomenon of square dancing.%广场舞作为一种的社会现象符合城市大妈提升自我形象、强身健体和日常生活的需求。但由于现代城市居住环境的聚集化，城市大妈广场舞出现“扰民”的现象，如何从法律层面处理好健身与居民生存权的关系，将直接影响广场舞这一文化现象的生存。
