我国职业乒乓球俱乐部资源本位观及其强化途径的研究

摘要

With methods of literature,comparative analysis and induction,this paper takes professional table tennis clubs as its research object to explore the generation of,and existing problems in resource -based view of professional table tennis clubs in China and measures to intensify clubs’heterogeneity resource and specific capacity of enterprises.Research results show that unique resource and specific capacity are important foundation to form durable competitive advantage;weak awareness of resource -based view of Chinese professional table tennis clubs;lack of rational recognition and psychological identification of internal competence.The paper suggests that Chinese professional table tennis clubs should cater to sports consumption demand,expand talent team;pay attention to the flow of talented person;enhance cooperation with media;promote innovative reform in club system.%运用文献资料法、比较分析法及归纳法，以职业乒乓球俱乐部为研究对象，探求我国职业乒超俱乐部资源本位观的形成、存在问题，以及俱乐部异质性资源与企业特定性能力的强化途径。研究结果为俱乐部独特资源与特定能力是形成持久竞争优势的重要基础，我国职业乒超俱乐部资源本位意识不强，缺乏内部禀赋的理性审视和心理认同。认为：我国职业乒乓球俱乐部要迎合体育消费需求，扩大先觉人才队伍；重视人才流动，加强媒体合作；推进俱乐部体制创新型变革。
