传统武术保护的困境及路径研究

摘要

Traditional martial arts have been seriously infringed and are declining with each passing day.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics,forms and status quo of traditional martial arts,this paper first analyzes the history of traditional martial arts,and then goes on exploring the defects in traditional martial arts protection to provide reference for intellectual property protection of traditional martial arts.%面对传统武术频遭侵权并日渐式微的现象，在剖析传统武术特性、表现形式及现状的基础上，首先分析了传统武术保护的历史，其次探讨了传统武术保护中存在的缺陷，为传统武术知识产权保护提供借鉴。
