大学生运动损伤防治相关知识学习情况的调查与分析

摘要

With methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the paper conducts investigation and analysis on the studying of sports injury prevention knowledge by college students in Soochow University.It concludes that most students fail to form scientific exercise habits;their study of sports injury handling knowledge is not very ideal;college students’study of sports injury knowledge still remains at theoretical level;their ways of studying sports injury knowledge are scattered.On such basis,the paper puts forward 3 suggestions.%本文采用文献综述法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法对苏州大学大学生有关运动损伤防治知识的学习状况进行调查与分析。得出结论：大多数学生没有形成科学的运动习惯；对如何处理运动损伤的知识学习情况不太理想；大学生对运动损伤知识的学习仍停留在理论层面；大学生学习运动损伤知识的途径零散。并对此提出3点建议。
