全民健身背景下体操教学方法的改革与创新

         

摘要

Gymnastics course is one of the compulsory main courses of physical education major in PE colleges or normal universities.It is the basic knowledge needed to cultivate PE teachers and PE majors.It is also the basic course of other courses.With the transformation of social marketization and the goal of nationwide fitness, the traditional competitive sports training mode in colleges and universities has already emerged out of the society.In order to adapt to the development of society and respond to the slogan of national fitness, our college physical education curriculum system begins to reform.Through access to literature, gymnastics articles are published in large numbers very year, which are mostly on injury and recovery research and in lack of the gymnastics teaching methods of reform and innovation research.Therefore, through investigating the two colleges and universities in Xianyang City, this paper makes an insight into the shortcomings of the current gymnastic course, hoping to make people gradually realize the deficiencies of the past competitions tendency in gymnastics, so as to adjust the function exploration of gymnastics in culture, education, fitness, performance and entertainment, so that students can get the overall quality of the improvement of their ability to develop a sense of life-long sport.%体操课程是体育院校或师范类院校体育专业必修的主干课程之一,是培养体育师资和体育专业学生需要掌握的基础知识,也是开展其他课的基础课程.随着社会市场化的转型和全民健身的目标提出,高校中传统的竞技体育培养模式已经显现出社会的脱节.为了适应社会的发展和响应全民健身的口号,因此我们高校体育教育专业课程体系开始改革,通过查阅文献看出,体操方面的文章每年都有大量的作者发表,他们大都是关于损伤和恢复方面的研究,但是在体操教学方法的改革与创新方面研究明显处于劣势.因此本文通过调研咸阳市的两所高校来洞悉现在体操课程中的不足,希望通过研究让人们逐渐意识到以往体操方面的竞技化对现在的培养人才的不足,为此调整体操在文化、教育、健身、表演和娱乐等功能的开发,使学生能够得到综合素质的提高,自身能力的培养,形成终身体育的意识.
