运动对负面情绪的影响机制

         

摘要

With the development of the society, the function of sports is drawing more and more attention.In order to enable more people to understand why sport can affect people's emotions, this paper discusses the effect mechanism of improving negative emotions by sports from the aspects of physiology, psychology and physical peripheral activities.Conclusion: physiologically, sports adjust emotions mainly through serotonin and dopamine;psychologically, on one hand, adjusting emotions through external cause of one-time sport activities, on the other hand, fighting against bad emotions through internal cause of long-term sports develop to build good life attitudes and nice psychological quality.At last, the paper also discusses the influence of peripheral activities to emotions.The aim of the paper is for people to realize the importance of sport in improving emotions.through long-term sports develop good life attitude, develop good psychological quality of the internal cause to deal with bad mood;%随着社会的发展,体育运动的功能和作用被越来越多的人关注.为了使更多的人能够明白为什么运动能够对人们的情绪产生影响,本文从体育运动在生理方面、心理方面以及身体的外周活动方面对改善负面情绪的影响机制进行了探讨.得出:生理方面,体育运动主要通过对多巴胺、5一羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素的含量来对情绪进行调节;心理方面,一方面是通过一次性的体育运动这一外因的作用去调节情绪,另一方面是通过长期的体育运动培养良好的生活的态度,养成良好的心理品质这一内因来应对不良情绪;最后还对外周活动对情绪的影响进行了探讨.希望使人们意识到运动在改善情绪方面的重要作用.
