皮划艇激流回旋女子皮艇运动员转折门控艇技术的研究与分析

         

摘要

转折门主要考察运动员借助水流实现突破水流的能力以及在主水流中克服水流冲击进行大幅度转折控艇的能力.为提高我国运动员转折门的控艇技术,本研究通过现场采集或收集录像的方式跟踪了2009及2013两届全运会、2008及2012两届奥运会、2011-2014年世界杯比赛,并采用Dartfish4.5进行录像拍摄及图片解析.得出的研究结论是:1)在激流回旋比赛中,转折门在赛道水门布设中所占比重较大,在伦敦奥运会半决赛、决赛段转折门设计占总门数26.08%.2) 转折段技术的完成关键在于转折时机的把握、转折中的发力加速以及重心控制;3)加速段,运动员应依靠转折中获得的初速度快速摆脱水流影响并借助水流力量快速加速.4)我国运动员与国外优秀运动员相比,一般采用偏向Z形线路,转折时转折幅度大且贴近门杆,完成动作空间较小不利于快速加速出门.国外运动员在转折时有意增加划行距离,减小转折幅度,完成动作空间充足,有利于快速加速出门.%Offset-gate is to test the athlete's controlling boat ability to achieve breakthrough in water by borrowing the power of water and overcome the impact of large main stream.In order to improve the player's controlling boat skill, this study analyzes the videos with Dartfish 4.5 software, which are collected from 2009 and 2013 National Games, 2011-2014 World Cups.It concludes that :(1)offset gate layout occupies large proportion in Canoe and Slalom competition.It is up to 26.08% in 2012 London semi-final and final competition.(2) The key of getting through offset gate successfully is the time, the acceleration in the turning and the gravity control.(3) In the accelerating period, the athlete should depend on the initial velocity obtained from the turning and get rid of the water flow force quickly and accelerate by borrowing the water power.4) Compared with foreign athletes, our athletes like Z-shaped line, which has large turning amplitude and close to the gate.So they have smaller room to finish the movement and are not conducive to accelerate.However, the foreigners intend to increase paddling distance, decrease the turning amplitude.So they have enough room and are easier to accelerate.
