健美操 '合作创新'教学对大学生心理健康影响的实验研究

         

摘要

主要采用实验研究法对"合作创新教学"与"传统教学"在高校健美操教学中的应用对大学生的心理健康的影响效果进行实验研究.结果显示:第一,合作创新教学模式对改善大学生心理健康状态效果明显,健康人数比例大幅增多,特别是在学生的人际关系敏感与紧张2项因子方面效果更加突出;第二,"合作创新教学"班实验前后通过配对样本T检验结果表明:对大学生心理健康各项因子如自尊感、偏执、紧张、抑郁、慌乱、敌对、精力、人际关系敏感8个因子及情绪状态影响程度的改善效果非常显著;第三,通过实验前、后独立样本T检验结果表明:实验前"合作创新教学" 与"传统教学"心理健康各项因子样本均不存在显著性差异,实验后在大学生心理健康各项因子如愤怒、自尊感、偏执、紧张、慌乱、敌对、精力、人际关系敏感及情绪状态的改善效果方面,"合作创新教学" 比"传统教学"效果更加明显.%The article mainly studies the influential effects by the application of cooperation and innovation teaching in college aerobics to the psychological health upon college students by practical research.The results show that: first, the teaching method improves the psychological health of college students evidently, especially on the factors of the sense of relationship and tense;second, by pared-samples T test for the "cooperation and innovation" class before and after experiment, it shows that, they have a better recognition on 8 factors——self-respect, bigotry, tense, depression, confusion, hostility, psychosis and inter personal relationship sensitives, as well as emotional state incidence;last, the experiments result by independent-samples T test approves that: there is no significant difference between "cooperation and innovation" class and "traditional teaching" class before experiment;while after experiment, on the above 8 factors well as emotional state incidence, the effects of "cooperation and innovation" teaching is better than the traditional group.
