L-谷氨酰胺稳定性研究

         

摘要

L-glutamine stored at room temperature prone to yellowing and infiltrating .Therefore , it is of great significance to explore its stability under high temperature ,high humidity and strong light conditions .In this paper ,the stability of L-glutamine was systematically investigated under high temperature , high humidity , strong light and two specific accelerated experimental conditions .The results showed that L-glutamine could be stored stably for a long time under strong sunlight and closed packaging conditions .However ,the whiteness ,light transmission and weightlessness of L-glutamine were changed under high temperature and high humidity conditions .Therefore ,it is suggested that L-glutamine products should be sealed in containers and keeping dry during production , transportation and storage , to ensure the stability of the product.%L-谷氨酰胺产品在室温条件存储易出现变黄、吸潮现象 .因此探究其在高温、高湿和强光照条件下的稳定性具有十分重要意义.选定高温、高湿和强光照等单因素条件,以及两个特定的加速实验条件,对L-谷氨酰胺产品的稳定性进行了系统性研究 .结果表明:L-谷氨酰胺产品在强光照、密闭包装下可以长期稳定保存,但在高温、高湿条件下不稳定,产品的白度、透光以及干燥失重均发生变化.因此,建议L-谷氨酰胺产品应密闭包装,在生产、运输和储存过程中保持干燥,以确保产品质量的稳定性 .
