β-环糊精改性反渗透膜及其在沼液浓缩中的应用

         

摘要

通过将β-环糊精与间苯二胺(MPD)混合作为水相与均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)反应,通过原位界面聚合方法制备了一种新型β-环糊精(β-CD)/聚酰胺薄膜反渗透膜,研究了β-CD质量浓度对反渗透膜形态和分离性能的影响.实验结果表明:β-CD的应用可以有效提高复合膜的纯水通量,并使膜的截留率保持在较高水平.当水溶液中β-CD的质量浓度为0.015 g/mL时,改性复合膜对NaCl的截留率保持在较高水平,而水通量几乎是未改性复合膜的1.52倍.将β-CD/聚酰胺复合膜用于处理沼液,水通量高于未添加β-CD的聚酰胺膜,且截留率基本保持不变,长期运行过程中膜性能更稳定.%A novel β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)/polyamide film reverse osmosis(RO)membrane was prepared by in situ interfacial polymerization(IP)via mixing β-CD with m-phenylenediamine (MPD)in the aqueous phase prior to reaction with trimesoyl chloride(TMC).The effects of the β-CD concentration on the morphology and separation performance of the RO membrane were examined.The experimental results showed that the application of β-CD can effectively improve the pure water flux of the composite membrane and keep the rejection of the membrane at a high level.When the concentration of β-CD in aqueous solution was 0.015 g/mL,the rejection of NaCl was maintained at a high level,and the water flux of the β-CD-modified RO membrane was nearly 1.52 times higher than that of the β-CD-free polyamide membrane.The use of β-CD/polyamide composite membrane for the treatment of biogas slurry was significantly superior to that of the polyamide membrane in terms of water flux,and the rejection remained basically unchanged, indicating more stable membrane performance during long-term operation.
