下喷式液泵型生物反应器与通用发酵罐K La对比及应用

         

摘要

Reverser jet loop reactor(RJL reactor)is a new highly effective circular-current bioreactor,which attracted considerable attention in recent years. The oxygen transfer performance in a 20 L RJL reactor was studied.Under different aerial fluxes(0.462,0.615, 0.846 vvm)and liquid circular rates(2.71,2.38,2.01,1.64 L/min),their effects on the volume oxygen coefficient KLa were evaluated.The oxygen transfer behavior was compared with that in a 3 L universal fermenter,BioFlo110.The same KLa(173.2 h-1)in the RJL reactor and BioFlo110 could be achieved at a certain combination of aerial flux and liquid circular rate.Under KLa of 173.2 h-1,Aspergillus niger 315(a β-glucanase producer)was cultivated to produce glucanase in the two reactors.The results showed that the RJL reactor was superior to BioFlo110.The time of producing enzyme was shortened 6 h in the RJL reactor,demonstrating a reduced energy consumption.%下喷式液泵型生物反应器作为一种新型高效环流反应器,日益受到有关科研工作者的关注.测试了20 L下喷式液泵型生物反应器在不同通风比(0.462,0.615,0.846)和不同循环液速(2.71, 2.38,2.01,1.64 L/min)下容积氧传递系数 K La的变化规律,并与3 L搅拌式生物反应器Bio-Flo110作对比试验,找到一组能使两个反应器有相近容积氧传递系数(K La≈173.2 h-1)的操作条件.试验了β-葡聚糖酶产生菌黑曲霉315(Aspergillus niger 315)在该反应器内的发酵代谢情况,并与3 L搅拌式生物反应器BioFlo110作对比,试验结果表明该反应器产酶效率优于后者,且发酵时间缩短了6h,大幅度节省了能耗.
