中国绿色住宅评价标准和英国可持续住宅标准的比较

摘要

Developing green building is an important method for China to deal with the challenge of climate change, which can promote energy and resource conservation and environmental protection. The standard of green buildings plays an important role in promoting the development of green building. In this paper, through the introduction of two green building evaluation systems of Green Building Evaluation Standard of China and the Code for Sustainable Home of Britain, the similarities and differences of evaluation indexes, evaluation criterions and evaluation methods of these two systems were studied. Some helpful conclusions for improving the Chinese green building evaluation system were obtained.%发展绿色建筑促进建筑业节约能源和资源、保护环境,是中国应对气候变化挑战、实现可持续发展的重要手段,而标准对于促进绿色建筑发展具有重要作用.本文介绍了中国<绿色建筑评价标准>(GB/T 50378-2006)与英国<可持续住宅标准>,并通过对比两国评价体系中评价指标、评价标准及评价方法的异同,得出了针对我国现有绿色建筑评价体系的一些改进性结论.
