本文对天津市22家医院建筑的建筑概况、供暖空调方式及能耗情况进行了调查统计,计算得出了各医院建筑单位建筑面积年能耗量的平均值为64.72 kgce/( m2 ·a),并采用SPSS统计分析软件对天津市医院建筑能耗的影响因素进行了分析.偏相关分析表明天津市医院的供暖系统热源形式对医院建筑单位建筑面积年能耗量的影响最大,其它因素的影响程度由大到小依次为单位建筑面积年住院人数、供冷系统冷源形式、单位建筑面积年门急诊量、医院类别、单位建筑面积年床位数和建造年代.%In this paper, according to the investigation and statistic results of building information, modes of heating and air-conditioning system and the related energy consumptions in 22 hospitals in Tianjin, it was calculated that the average energy consumption per unit area was 64.72 kgce/(m2·a). Furthermore, using the software of SPSS, the factors influencing the energy consumption were discussed. The partial correlation analysis indicated that the energy consumption per unit area was mostly related to the form of heat source, while other factors' order was in turn of the number of inpatient per unit area, the form of cold source, the number of outpatient and emergency per unit area,hospital type,the number of bed per unit area and building construction period.
