冻融循环下CFRP锚杆粘结性能试验

         

摘要

通过冻融循环、拉伸试验研究了冻融作用对碳纤维CFRP锚杆强度、弹性模量、延伸率等基本力学性能及粘结性能的影响,并利用粘结应力—滑移线性回归方法预测冻融循环后CFRP锚杆不同筋材直径、不同锚固长度下滑移值.试验及分析结果证明:CFRP锚杆在冻融循环作用下强度变化、弹性模量、延伸率等变化不大;粘结剂环氧砂浆抗压强度提高13.68%,弹性模量降低约13.8%;冻融循环作用后CFRP锚杆粘结滑移增大,粘结性能降低.%Effect of freeze-thaw cycles on strength,modulus of elasticity,elongation and other basic mechanical properties,as well as adhesive properties,of CFRP anchors were studied by freeze-thaw cycles and the tensile test.The bond stress and slip linear regression method is used to predict the slip value of different reinforcement diameters and different anchoring lengths under the condition of the freeze-thaw cycles.Test and analysis results show that the tensile strength elastic modulus and elongation of CFRP anchors change a little.The compressive strength of epoxy mortar used as adhesive increases by 13.68%,the elastic modulus of decrease by about 13.8%.The slip of CFRP anchor increases,and the bond performance reduced.
