灌浆缺陷对钢筋套简灌浆连接试件性能影响的试验研究

         

摘要

钢筋灌浆套筒主要用于装配式混凝土结构的竖向受力钢筋和部分横向受力钢筋的连接.为研究各类灌浆缺陷(缺陷位置、缺陷长度、缺陷厚度、缺陷数量、灌浆方向、钢筋偏心和浆料种类等)对钢筋套筒灌浆试件的承载力和变形性能的影响,制作70个试件进行单向拉伸试验.研究表明:试件发生钢筋拔出破坏和钢筋拉断破坏;中部缺陷、水平灌浆缺陷比端部缺陷和竖向灌浆缺陷对性能的影响更大;随缺陷数量和厚度的增大,试件承载力和变形性能以不同模式下降;偏心试件的更容易产生滑移,但总体变形能力更差.%Gronting conplers are mainly applied for connection of vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars embedded in precast assembled concrete structures.In order to clarify effects of grout defects(the location,length and width and numbers of defects,grouting direction,eccentric specimens and type of grouting materials) on mechanical behaviors of grout sleeve splicing for reinforcing bars,70 specimens are manufactured and tested by uniaxial tension experiment.The test results indicate that two categories of failure modes may happen:pullout and fracture of bars.Moreover,the central defects and horizontal defects have greater influence on mechanical behaviors than end defects and vertical defects do.The bearing capacity and deformation capacity decrease in different models as the increasing of the number and the size of defects.The eccentric specimens are easier to slide and have lower deformation capacities.
